The sweets under my pillow

I do not weigh much but for my height I feel heavy for myself. I know I talk for a mass of foodies who do 2 push ups a day and console themselves with "Dark Chocolate is much more healthier" "Red wine is good for your digestion" and so on. We work out in our minds, we run several miles in our dreams and with guilt mightier than any other thing we bite off on a consolation ice cream. We watch lots of YouTube videos. We keep workout schedules. We own labeled workout outfits but at the end of the day we are members of Pastry Groups on Facebook, we are bakers, we love good wine that we tend to partake a little too much. But as we retire in the evening after our usual 2 Pushups we never forget to thank ourselves with a Candy or 2.

I only eat a little bit of junk food once in awhile. Mostly I eat healthy. Dark chocolate is a lot better for you than the milk chocolate.

Follow diet rules and diets with low fats, but do not do excess of anything.
