Tried This Back Massage

I thought 40 minutes of my life is wasted when they convinced me lie down and tried so called thermal therapy bed. It was indeed a good back therapy that sooths my back and neck and most especially my spine. The bed like massage is has a soothing heat which the therapist explained imitates the heat from the sun. The technology come from South Korea and the good thing about this is its free. Yes its free. So its just okay when you want to try. Photo is mine

Applying heat certainly soothes. We usually do it on painful parts of the body. If this technology works it will help those people who find difficult to move about.

@ilocosboy good to know. Will keep an eye out for this. What is common here are the massage chairs in malls. If I recall correctly, they charge Php30 for a seven minute massage.
