Who is the fastest among the three: The Flash vs. Quicksilver vs. Superman

Superman, The Flash, and Quicksilver are all moving very very fast. However their speed is compared with each other, who do you think will emerge as the fastest among the three.

They are all fictional characters and I don't have the faintest idea how a race will pan out. Usain bolt is real!!

After posting this question here, I did a little research and actually found some statistics on their average speed. So basically, even if they are fictional characters, we can still compare using these stats available.

@maximaoliveros Since I am not familiar with Qucksilver I cannot talk about him. The Flash and Superman I am very familiar with. I would say in their own ways they serve their purpose.
