Jalapenos For Breakfast

I'm curious how many people eat jalapenos for breakfast. I do. I'll eat jalapenos with any meal at any time of day. But I'm a hot pepper freak. Actually, jalapenos aren't even my favorite hot chile pepper. My favorite is New Mexico Green Chile. But that isn't available where I live except for a very short time in September and October. Jalapenos are available at the store year-round. So I end up eating a lot of jalapenos. I start freaking out if I run out. I think I may be an addict. At least I'm addicted to something that is very healthy. Capsicum, the ingredient in chile peppers that makes them hot, is very beneficial (especially when eaten with garlic) for maintaining a healthy circulatory system. There is one rule I try to follow in regard to jalapenos. After chopping jalapenos it is very wise to wash your hands before rubbing your eyes. I learned this the hard way. Of course, I have a tendency to learn most things the hard way. Do you have a food that you're addicted to?
