Bacteria Found in my Urine / myLot

Two weeks ago, I got sick. I thought it was just an ordinary fever but when my body chilled every now and then, I decided to consult my doctor. My doctor suggested for me to have a laboratory testing on my blood and urine. The result came out and I was shocked when my doctor said that my urine had an E.coli bacteria, a bacteria usually found on feces or stool. When I asked my doctor why, she answered that this sometimes happened when we try to hold long of discharging the feces from our body. So it's bad to hold long from discharging our body waste. If we feel it comes out then immediately discharge it. Well, luckily I am fine now and has fully recovered. Thanks to God and to my doctor.

I'm sure your doctor would agree that drinking plenty of clean water is an excellent way to help with those nasty little bacteria's. Glad you are well now.
