I loved the original IT. I remember watching it as a kid and having a nightmare, years later i watched again and it didn't scare me at all but I still liked it. So of course I went to see the new one. I went in expecting to be terrified, Pennywise looked scarier, graphics are better now things like that, i will say i was highly disappointed in that because I did not get scared at all. There were some scenes I thought might be scary if it was 3D because how he pops up. But since it wasn't nothing scared me. You could kinda predict when he was going to pop up and i just found it to be more funny than comedy. The movie with the kids lines and certain things Pennywise would do had me laughing instead of scared. The thing I did like was that it showed the kids their fears, it didn't stay as just a clown he went after them with what they were afraid of. The scene with Georgie where you see Pennywise bite him instead of just the mouth and then a different scene was cool. Over all it was pretty good, the kids were hilarious, and it was a pretty funny movie, not scary but its okay. I wouldn't go see it again, I probably wont buy it, but I will go to see the second one to see how they make it end.
