40 Minutes Of My Life Is Wasted

So I went to pay my bills for my postpaid account in one of the telecommunication company in our country. I need to talked to the customer care service because I have some issues.
Too bad, the customer service is just only one and she's supposed to served 5 in the row, I am in number 4. When I enter the store there is one woman being served, I have paid my bill and the woman in the customer service was still there. It took ten minutes before she left.
Then the next customer in the line, my goodness ten minutes have passed and the issues and not yet resolve. I think one customer need 20 minutes in the chair to solve their issues. Oh my gosh, and to think there is one more in the line before me.
When about 40 minutes has passed I decided to return the number to the guard because my work is almost its time. 40 minutes gone in vain.

Like do the business arrangements in a bank. Although there are several customer service window served, but you always need to join the queue inside the bank. It wasts a lot time. Fortunately, we could pay the bills online nowadays in my country.
