In some case you may be required to get a supervisor first in the chosen filed before your admission will be confirmed. Be prepared to choose a very good topic and show the capability that you are a master in the field. You may apply online on their website but have to post the hard copy of referee form ususlly more that two referres are required. Also check whether you have the academic requirement of the particular university before you proceed on application.
