What shall I do in the long weekend?

Leticia is gone, already on her way to Puerto Saavedra, a small town in the south of Chile. My two daughters are away. Tania went to Bolivia and Claudia went to Iquique.
It seems that I will be staying alone most of this weekend.
There are many ways to have fun during the holidays. But none of them are very good if you live alone. Many people drink too much and it is not a good idea to walk alone in a street.
What sort of activities do you have in Independence festivities?

Myself, I enjoy a good book or a long, leisure walk with my dog, who keeps me safe. Also, I really enjoy puzzles, which many people don't care for.

@marguicha Anything interesting there? We had something similar for a while, but we didn't have time to watch. AND when we had time, the programs or movies kept repeating themselves. We were so fed up with it.

We don't have this holiday here on the islands. As you know my weekend wil lbe packed cutting the coconuts, fixing the fence and going to my GF on Sunday for a late breakfast. Hope you have fun and can find something fun to do over your holiday weekend. Right now it is late and heading off to bed. See you tomrrow or when I can again.
