Three Drinks Upon Waking Up!

What do you drink upon waking up to start your day? This very early Monday morning, I was amused to find myself having three kinds of liquids on the table beside my laptop: a glass of water (not cold), coffee without sugar, and Eleusine indica tea (Indian goosegrass, wiregrass, crowfoot grass) which has been trending as a good health drink. Of course I drank the grass tea first, then water, then sip coffee after them. I don't know, but this had been my habit for so long upon waking up. If there;s no tea, I drink lemon or any fresh citrus fruit juice without sugar, followed by water. If I do not have citrus juice or tea, it's just plain water. What's your morning drink?

@hereandthere I started drinking it last Sunday; yes I noticed the frequent urination (it is a diuretic), and my knees don't hurt even if I ate peanuts!

They say, your water should not be so cold; at least room temperature or lukewarm. But yours is still good.

I start each day with a COLD glass of water and a cup of hot coffee. I used to just have coffee but that was before I had to take all this doggone medication. Taking gel-caps with hot coffee dissolves them before they get down my throat.

That's nice too! But you should not take gel-caps with hot coffee; must be water.
