What's for dinner? September 18 / myLot

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! We are having filet mignon, sauteed mushrooms, steamed green beans, and baked potatoes. I'm having a sweet potato and my husband is having a white one. Nothing overly difficult but it still will be a nice meal. That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

I do love a good filet mignon, tonight we are have smoked sausage fried in green peppers from the garden, with a salad,

Oh my husband would love that dinner. I don't eat sausage so I never make it.

@NJChicaa It's pretty yummy. We also sometimes put the sausage and pepper on a nice roll.

Sounds like my kind of meal, being a meat and potatoes girl myself. All I know is that we're having loin lamb chops, since I'm the one who defrosted them. No idea what else my husband is making with them. lol

That's great that your husband cooks for you sometimes. My husband gets home too late for that to happen.
