Stress Management: How?

A lot of illnesses nowadays are caused by stress. Yes, stress has become part of our lifestyle. Unfortunately, some of us have been really struggling to balance our time and responsibilities. Particularly this week, I am bombarded with quite a number of challenging tasks from work, church and family. One of my coping mechanisms is to strive getting 8 hours of sleep. But this may not be possible all the time since there are extra work that I have to bring home.I sometimes watch Korean dramas. I also meditate and pray. How about you? Maybe I could also get some advice from you. Please share it.

Taking a break occasionally, deep breathing and having a calm atmosphere at home helps
