these days its very common to see canned processed foods at supermarkets. Are these tin foods safe and reliable to consume? We have seen many mothers buy this canned food and sent it with children to school as it is easily available. But are these canned processed food affecting the health of our children?

Depends. In moderation they aren't necessarily bad, but oftentimes they're packed full of preservatives and sodium. My kids like canned foods like Spaghetti-Os (round pasta in a tomato-based sauce) but I won't buy them for them too often. They're convenient, but there are healthier choices available.

I feel that they are not safe and everything is becoming more of artificial rather than natural.
