I have experienced being in the Middle of Two earthquake events this month. Although the first one was more intense, the one that occurred yesterday was more scary to me because the ground moved sideways. I was Safe because in the building that I was at at the moment had a room designed to withstand earthquakes. My only hope is that these types of natural events won't occur here or anywhere in the world. They can be devastating

It's pretty scary seeing two earthquakes in such a short amount of time. Sad for those who didn't survive and hope you don't have another one any time soon. Glad you're okay there

It's sad for what happened to those Mexicans who perished in this Earthquake. But I'm afraid this is part of nature. We can't stop the movement underground. Always have emergency supplies at hand specially at this moment.

Even though earthquakes only last for a short period of time, the destruction on a property is sobering.

I´m so glad that I got you! And I´m glad that you are well. But I have been watching the news of the earthquake in one of the cities and country I most love in the world. In fact, my posts have been all about it. I don´t pray, but if I could, I would. My heart goes out to you all.

Indeed. Earthquakes are the scariest thing especially the strong ones that could destroy houses and buildings. There's no escape sometimes.
