Well I don't drink coffee because I think it's disgusting, but after drinking a lot of pop I am somehow still able to go to sleep and even stay sleeping.

Drinking coffee for me is a sort of relief from my stressful activities for the whole day. As I lay on bed, no amount of coffee can prevent my tired body to rest and fall to sleep.

I try to avoid anything with caffeine if possiable. If I drink coffee in themorning I am usually fine but if I drink it in the afternoon I have a hard time going to sleep. I can't even drink soda with caffeine at night or it will keep me up.

So do I, if I drink coffee in the afternoon, it's hard for me to sleep. So right now, I only drink coffee during weekend especially no need to work on next day.
