This is classical tradditional breakfast in Guangdong. Milling the rice into rice paste, steaming for ready and rolling as a soft bar. Cut the bars into pieces, then served with garlic cubes, sesame oil, sauce. The most simple and traditional Rice Paste Rolls are done. I have tried the rolls with shrimps, eggs, and meat cubes in. That is another version rolls. This is an another way to deal with the rice. A nice try!Recently, I feel so happy with eating many delicious food and looking forward to my niece''s birthday party. We will have family members and relatives in ten tables to hold a gathering. At that time, the food are Cantonese feast!

well, my mom just bought it from the market place since we didn't have a mill. Actually, you could cool the rice paste down in a square container and roll it while it becomes hard. You could surf the internet for the recipe.

@Behindtheguitarbar Thanks so much my friend..I will do so..that is what I thought to do before I saw this, often I have a lot of leftover rice that I thought I may make something out of, so this dish reminded me to do so.

You could have a try, not bad. My foreign teacher said he loved it when he had tried this in school canteen. But I told him that he would become a crazy fan if he ate it in local restaurants!
