Was it a right decision?

My son-n-law was working in a call center away from our place, together with his wife,which we knew receives higher salary compared to other agencies. Be it government or private. But through my concern that he will be with his children, which are staying with me, I requested him to find another job nearer to our place. Forgetting that his salary is included in our day to day budget. He was accepted in a government hospital on job order which only receives a meager salary, though the children were very happy but it affects so much to our budget. Now we have to thrive to make ends meet.

I understand your situation since we had some tight budget issues too when I was young. It just so happened that you wanted the family to be together than financial stability and I don`t see anything wrong with that 
As long as you can still eat in a day, have a warm place to live..I think, it`s just a matter of acceptance, understanding and a proper budgeting
