Virtual queues

Do virtual queues really work? I have been in the bank for over an hour and only 5 people were served before. Such an easy task of getting a bank statement and you take hours. Thanks I can now continue Mylotting.

I think it's good!! It prevents overcrowding and also prevent other people from jumping in front.

@aureliah but at times you find the procedure efficient if there are enough staff to attend to persons

Those have been a problem for a long time. I remember I once queued for 3 straight hours and I had no choice. It's better now though service levels have gone down

You just pick a ticket from a machine and wait for your number to be called on a screen.
