What can we do when we become distressed?

In the world we live in today many things can cause us to become distressed and weigh heavy on our.minds and heart we my.become at a very low spirit we may see no way out but as humans our power is limited we may need to search.for a higher source their is no.other.than.our God the creator of all living.things first we must come to know who he is and get to know him personally psalms 83:18 tell us his name.is Jehovah and he is the.most high over all the earth he reveal himself through the pages of the bible we learn.of.his love his.quaility his wisdom.and.power and.so much more he invites us to pray to him at psalms 65:2 says Ohearer of prayer to you people of all sorts will come so see.god.wants us to approach him in times of.trouble and.good times in the book of psalm 34 it mention.some thing we must.do to have jehovahs favor.we.must praise jehovah.at all times we must.fear.him be righteous.and.seek peace and 34:19 says.many are.the hardships of the righteous one but.jehovah.rescues.him.from them all

What can you do to lift your spirits? Help lift the spirits of someone else. Volunteer. There are so many ways to volunteer...in person or online. You know this is a great idea!!! I will consider this but did you know that when jesus was.on earth.he did much work to help others he feed.the hungry healed the sick he not only help people with their.phisical needs but gave.them hope for the future jesus preached good new of the kingdom.mathew 9:35 his purpose was to teach.about the bible hope of.better conditions for all of mankind on earth jesus demostrated how we should help others first spiritual needs acts 20:35 say there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving and it does make you feel good!!! when you can help others
