Life of a kid who have to beg or work to eat

This thought always haunts me. Here in India kids who get into some kind of jobs or beg to earn money are abundant.. I always feel sorry for such kids. Even though kids have right to education in our constitution,I hate my country for this.
does this situation exists in your country??
and parents who just have kids without worrying much about how to give there kids a better life are the main reason for this problem..I would never call them as parents
Kids are future but are we caring them??

Yes those parents are unforgivable as you said because if we pay more attention to the child, gives him more needs he will not going to work for him/herself. Its such a pity.

Its really very sad to see that ,in India due to poverty , children are made to do different jobs to earn a living. They are not sent to school . In some cases its more worse ,children are made to beg to earn money.The parents of these children find begging as an easy way to earn money.

In my country it is even worse. They sleep out in the cold and eat from garbage bins. The government so far has done little to ease the situation. There are even predators forcing people living with disabilities to beg for them.
