Bathtime - Kool-Aid

I do all sorts of weird things with my kids, and I love doing new things at bath time with them. I usually put a little bit of food coloring in the bath with my younger daughters. We learn about color mixing, it looks pretty, and they love it.
Today I grabbed Kool-Aid, and read the ingredients: citric acid, maltodextrin, calcium phosphate, salt, food coloring. Most of that is in bath bombs alone. Nothing harmful to a bath. So I sprinkled a little in her bath and not only did it look cool, but it smelled amazing too! We chose Berry Cherry.
I used the shower to wash her hair, although there really wasn't enough to dye her hair or skin. It washed right out of the tub, but it might dye more porous surfaces. It was very diluted. I've used bleach spray to get out very concentrated hair dye, so I really wasn't worried about a little Kool-Aid.
I think I might try using it to make bath bombs as presents for Christmas. I'm always looking for fun stuff for the kids to make for their teachers and family members for holidays.
