Sept 30: Compare price

Do you often compare price before purchase? I always check the price difference from different companies before I do my grocery shopping. Some are a few cents to a few dollars different. Depends on the store location and the traffic jam, I would decide whether to buy the items at the same place or divide them . Compare prices helped me to save money and to budget well. What about you?

I didn't used to realize there are so many different prices for the same darn things. I found out over time and just like shopping places where the things I buy most are cheap. Not double the price cause I ain't rich.

@peachpurple , I try to buy things in bulk when I can afford to. When I go to a food court like Sam's Club, I try to find some food items that can be stored away a long time and be cost effective to buy in bulk so as not to have to bother with smaller, yet higher priced items that nickel and dime my pocket book.

yes, little items could make a huge duffrent in different store. The same item difference of a dollar is way to far

I don't so much as compare as only get the items on sale that we use at least from the major store we have here in town. We only have 1 so not much to compare. When we go get groceries thou I will look to see what is where and pick a place to go to. Normally just shop at Save a lot or Aldis thou. One is in one town and the other is another so it is a pick and choice still. I do try to have coupons for my name brand items thou. I do most store brand thou.

Yes friend, most of the time, we compare the prices. But usually we consider the time and the transportation or the gasoline.

@peachpurple That's right cause the fare or gasoline will be added up to expenses and will eventually makes our shopping even higher when everything is computed.

I will probably have several tabs open comparing prices and then I also look at different reviews depending on what I am getting. It is a good thing to do.

@peachpurple Well I mostly buy things online, I don't shop that often because I don't have the money to do that. So that is why I look at everything before I purchase anything.

Yes I compare the prices of things before buying. I compare the price of the thing I want to buy with other brands, and then check which is good and cheap. Then I buy..

This is the first thing I do before buying anything. Sometimes some shops are more expensive than others and this actually helps and you can save something.

@peachpurple I also tend to run away from shops who do not put their prices for you to see only to reach the cashier and be told a very high price. I always want to know first the price of what am buying.
