Do you usually swim against the tide?

Imposing your positions respectfully is something that not everyone can do, especially when you go against what most people think or defend. This would be swimming against a tide that is not common to you. So, do you do this?

The world around us sometimes forces us to swim against the tide.

I like a good exchange of idea; however there are some people out there that want a discussion all the point out they are right..all the time. I work with a guy like that. It has come down to that most of us avoid him because he is very self centered and very opinionated.

I live by the words of open your mind before opening your mouth. Instead of following treads or what media says we should do, I just think about it. Some things it is okay to follow the crowd and others it is better to venture and think freely.
