My oldest daughter send me this picture of my youngest granddaughter. Isn't it adorable? She looks like a mini glamour girl. She is the miracle baby that finally came into our lives. They were in North Carolina on a little trip when the photo was taken. She seems to just light up the room. OK, on to other things. I am currently trying to decide what I want to fix for dinner. So far I know we will be having pork chops but am still undecided on what to have with them. Does anyone have a healthy suggestion? I am on the Whole30 diet and don't want to have to go to the store this afternoon. I may end up fixing some frozen peas and sliced tomatoes to go with. That's about the only thing I need to do today other that reading, writing, and connecting. What are you doing today?

She is indeed adorable! I don't really have much idea about healthy eating except for the fact that we are not allowed to eat pork anymore. We avoid pork, soda, shrimp, and dairy products.

@HazySue Eating beef is ok occasionally and if you are physically active because then you can just sweat it out.

Your Granddaughter is beautiful Susan! As far as what you could have with the pork chops..I am not sure what you are allowed on that diet, so whatever you think I suppose. Have a good one..Hope you are keeping well.

I am doing my best to keep well. I can not eat sugar, salt, msg, need low fat, fresh and frozen veggies and fruits are allowed. Some meats.

What an adorable babe. I would go with the peas and sliced tomatoes. Today I am messing around on the laptop. Tomorrow I will write before I go to the detention centre for most of the day to do religious stuff.
