There is a lot to deal with in our everyday lives. For some it may seem as if there is no peace at all. If we're finding that we're constantly being exposed to chaotic situations then there needs to be some adjustments made. No person as to listen to every word spoken. It certainly helps to avoid the ones who are constantly causing problems. There are some who may never understand that no person has to attend to their ev ery needs.Yes, it is alright to tune some out, in fact it's better to do so in order to keep the mind free from garbage which so many dish out. Who really has time to be dealing with matters in which can not be controlled? We're certainly unable to control how persons will behave. Of course there's a choice whether to deal with the individuals or not. If any person wants to remain sane then they'll have to ignore some of the behavior and some will stop but then there are some who will continue on. There are so many ways to incur the peace "needed" to remain functional. Some of the information that's displayed may not be beneficial and if there's a lot of chatter which can be negative then selecting the positive information will help one have a smoother day. No matter what's said or done, no person should have to deal with a bunch of fools. Foolish people will continue their antics despite the progress. In fact so many will try to stop what is "good" and continue supporting the bad. Allow the mind to break free from the words which add no value. A lot of what's being said is simply coming from distorted views. Not all persons will know exactly what to say. Some may want to continue to cause disruptions but the mind can be filled with positivity by being surrounded by positivity. Being exposed to negative often can certainly put some wear and tear on the mind. "Not Going to Allow any Person to Have Control Over my mind." By: (Tanikka Paulk)
