Old Age benefit

Do all citizens of your countries get old age benefits? All or only certain people eligible for it?
In my country old age benefit or pansion is only for those who worked for private or govenment companies. They worked and reached the end of employment contract.
what about you?

Most get a Pension of some sort if they have worked all the rest is a very small pension that can help but not really that much either.
