I am so frustrated this day with what is going on . First, my lap top is crashing. Second, the internet so slow that it likes to ruin my lap top. Third, no water in our place whole night and day again.I have not yet taken a bath and it is almost 3 o' clok in the afternoon
, and lastly, my neighbor who killed my cat did not appear in the barangay hall yesterday.
I will be back to reply you all when my lap top is okay and water okay for I am not okay with all thse sufferings. Take care all and have a nice weekend. Miss you guys.

@just4him , Thank you, Valerie, my lap is okay now, I used the newly bought, and water came back this whole day.We stocked some barrels of water for tomorrow and next days water will not be available again. The second appearance in the barangay hall is Friday next week if still, my neighbor won;t showed up, the case will be brought to the city fiscal for animal cruelty. She should pay everything that she had done to my pet cat and to me.

@cacay1 I'm glad your laptop is okay now and the water is back on. It's good you're stocking up for the coming days when the water will be off again. I hope she shows up this time. I agree, she should pay for all that happened to your cat.

@allen0187 , thank you, Allen, fortunately, water came back early morning this day and we stocked some barrels for tomorrow it disappears again. We may experience this until the end of November or first week of December.

@LadyDuck , that is true my friend, so many trials this time. I hope I can surpass all. This day, we have so relieved for water came back and served people the whole day. We stocked barrels of water for tomorrow again water not available.The road widening will be partially done in December. I hope near the house road will be done quickly, so dusty this time and mud spreads during rainy days. Thank you, friend.

So sorry that is happening to you.
Internet is very very slow here at times that I have leaned now when to be on it when its a bit faster and be off it when its one big waste of time.

Our internet is also very slow, wonder what's wrong, well at least we have water. None appearance in the barangay could be elevated to the barangay justice then a formal complaint to a court of law, get animal rights advocates to side with you if you are really serious punishing him.

@louievill , thank you, my friend, yes I have to push through the case in case my neighbor won't show up again.Our last appearance will be Friday next week and Wednesday after next week.If she never shows up in the barangay hall, then the matter will be brought up to the city fiscal;afterwhich, filing of a case follows.I will not give up on this for she is too inhuman.

@cacay1 good, think it needs to be brought first to the "barangay justice" or "lupon" after the initial summon that she did not attend, still if she does not attend, the lupon will endorse filing of formal charges.

@louievill that was the suggestion of the office of animal welfare to follow the protocol. My neighbor is no longer available.Their house is locked, but the lupon police could send the subpoena to the office where she works. She will surely be shocked, hmm she just waits if she won't appear again in the hall.

@TiarasOceanView Friday this week is the second call for a barangay court hearing.If still, she won't appear, I surely believed she is hir\ding now. She cannot escape the law.

@TiarasOceanView , our next hearing in the barangay hall will be Friday next week and if she won't show up again, the case will be submitted to the city fiscal for the final fling of the case. My neighbor's house is still locked this time for almost a week now.Maybe she is hiding, but her office is reachable, the police may send the subpoena thereShe will surely regret why hide.Her office mates surely dispise her attitude as animal killer.

@ridingbet , I hope, tomorrow is our second appearance in the barangay hall, then Wednesday, next week the last day, If she won't appear tomorrow, that means she is guilty and she must face the consequence of her bad action.

@andriaperry , Hi andria? sorry for the late reply, no current here whole morning.Yes, my neighbor poured boiling water to my pregnant pet cat.Her reason was she felt disgusted when see a cat. My pet sat on their porch , that was early morning.I sued her.

@cahaya1983 , that is true, so annoying feeling, but glad water came back this whole day and we stocked some barrels of water.Tomorrow and in the next days water disappears again, so sad road widening is still far to finish.

@Kandae11 , so true, and she did not appear in the barangay hall during the first hearing that was the other day, Friday. In the 3rd disappearance, I can bring the matter to the city fiscal. She must be jailed even few weeks or months so her hatred of the cats will be replaced with some kindness, she is truly a brutal being.

Its really very sad to hear but please keep patients. Sometimes we come across with situations where we can't stop it.Keep urself cool n search alternative cause cool mind can go beyond the universe. Moreover give a lesson to neighbour for killing a such a innocent animal
