...at work that is! Yesterday I was talking about how tired I get over vacation. When I get to school and see the students, and my colleagues, somehow I am full of energy! I think it has to do with two things: adrenaline starts going, and I get tired doing the necessary things I don't like to do over break (i.e. housework.) What gives you energy?

Work as well. I work 7 days a week but I do get a vacation off once or twice a year to reenergize myself.

@aureliah I was born to do that my entire life. If I were born from different parents it would have been different.

@toniganzon That is an amazing way to live your life. As long as you get fulfillment in your career, you will maintain happiness.

I think the adrenaline factor has a lot to do with it - and even if you're doing necessary things at home, you can be bored which sort of equates with 'tired'.

When I get to do the things that I want to do. Like playing my favorite game and watching tv series. I get full of energy from those.

I keep on going to be motivated when I started for teaching online. Perhaps I am used to it now.

Welcome back. Maybe it is because you are so used to being with your student so when you are on vacation and do not see them it becomes boring.

The world needs teachers like you who are motivated by just the sight of the students.
