Saw this article. (Sigh.) A Nobel Prize Winner has to tell us how to stop “Weinsten-type behavior” in the work place. Yeah right. Because we're so ignorant we don't know! MEN! Come to work and work! Keep your penis in your pants and your unclean and impure thoughts to yourself! WOMEN! Come to work and work! Keep your legs closed and your unclean and impure thoughts to yourself! MEN, WOMEN, and ALL OTHERS! Come to work and work! You didn't get hired to have sex! Seriously doubt that sexual favors or sexual propositioning is a duty and responsibility written into your job description. It's so obvious that sexual harassment is ALL about power and control. So what if you own the company! So what if you're a supervisor or a boss! YOU AIN'T GOD!! YOU AIN'T GOT NO POWER OVER ME! YOU AIN'T GOT NO CONTROL OVER ME! I don't need a Nobel Prize winner to theorize or to tell me to be professional courteous and respectful to my co-workers from the top of the organization to the bottom. Neither does anybody else!! People just want to come to work, work, and go home! Is there really any other reason why people come to work?? Is there really any other reason why people should come to work?? If I want lay on my back I can stay home! Sexism is like racism. It's an easy problem to solve. JUST DON'T DO IT! It's ALL about self-control and power over yourself!! Sexual harassment is a behavior that is unprofessional, unethical, immoral, and CRIMINAL!! OK. I'm done.

People like Weinstein have always had the power in Hollywood to kill careers. The "casting couch" has always been around and his departure will do little to change that. It is about power as are most rape cases in fact.

"Thou shalt not commit adultery." There's the problem. And the solution. Give me my Nobel Peace Prize.
