Snacks today: Roasted sunflower seeds

Hi, everyone!
Today my snacks will be roasted sunflower seeds. I bring 5 packs of them, and will share them to my friends in the office.
Roasted sunflower seeds are one of my favorite snacks, as they taste good and contain vitamin E in each seed which is necessary for hair and skin.
Do you like roasted sunflower seeds?

The hard shells taste sweet and salty. The seeds taste wonderful. You should try them one day.

I have not tried or tasted sunflower seeds. I go for watermelon and must seeds, which are very tasty and healthy.

I have never tried watermelon seeds. The sunflower seeds also tasty and healthy.

@A_loves_B You should try watermelon or muskmelon seeds, these are tasty. I will try to find sunflower seeds, I have not tried it earlier.

Pumpkin seeds? Wow.. Never tried them in my life. They sounds yummy..
