How often do you brush your teeth (daily)?

Brushing your teeth is a daily habit that must be preserved. I brush mine 3 times a day: after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner. It's more than enough to keep my teeth healthy. How about you?

Once or twice a day. I think three times is too much, when it's recommended for you to do it, when you wake up and when you go to bed.
