Why not create one? It's FREE! myLot doesn't require verified PayPal unlike Humanatic and other sites. In the Philippines unverified PayPal account can receive/send once a month. To avoid any troubles we can put/remove PayPal email on our profile here every TWO (2) months if we are earning $5 or more monthly. And make sure not to cash out from other sites on the same month because your account is LIMITED to only send/receive ONCE a month. After receipt of payment, you can transfer your money to your friend with verified account so he/she could withdraw his/her and your funds together without violating PayPal policy/TOS. It is also easy to verify PayPal in the Philippines. I use Visa DEBIT cards not credit cards. The best are EON (visa) and GCash MasterCard. I prefer EON because it is now SELFIE-BANKING, I don't need to memorize password and I don't think it can be hacked because the password is my FACE plus my $$$ are automatically converted to peso when I withdraw to EON bank account unlike GCash MasterCard I read that they need to move funds to Peso Currency something like that. I am LAZY so EON fits me. Now, I do not know which country you are from. Only people from your country could help you because banking is DIFFERENT in every country.
