I'll stand up early, even if it's a sunday and go through all my stuff. I'll through away without mercy any object without emotional value that I haven't used in one year. Some will be sold on eBay, if they are worth something.

If you can't sell it on ebay; you could always have a yard sale.

In my experience if something is bulky it will not sell well on ebay. For that, I try Craig's list which is more for local purchases. However, if something is not sold neither in eBay nor in Craig's list, then, it won't sell at all.

We all have to have spring cleaning day, even during summer, winter or autumn. I, myself, am shocked at the rate of speed my humble abode gets to accumulate tangible objects that horribly chose my home to stay. SIGH. Really, A double SIGH, My resolution? Leave the clutter. The owners will come retrieve them.
