This infuriatea me of how stupid people are. We dont live in any bus routes and cab companies only run until 1am. So this girl i work with goes well i figured someone would drive me. I just stared at her!. Why on earth would you assume that? I pay and put half my pay cheque into my car to get to work and events ot whatever. I'm not driving some little girl around who's lazy needing a ride. Get a car!. I said sorry regardless of her being on my way home its the fact i pay $150 a month insurance $350 gas $20 oil changr and the extra ezpenses so now $500 rad or wind shield fluid. Her $10 barely cover gas let alone the wear.

She should "figure" a fair price to offer if she would like to ask someone to give her rides.

I agree! Most dont. I find those who dont drive tend to expect it free. The immature and irresponsible type. I've never met someone who would offer money or anything over $10. Im like its notbworth the hassle.

Perhaps she thought she could catch a carpool and pay for gas or something. My previous employer had a pool car service and everyone would spilt the cost of gas.

@ricki_911 I'm not familiar with cab fairs or the cost since I have never taken them. But I figure bus can do too. But some people just try to resort to freeloading if they can.

@infatuatedbby we dont have buses where i live usually $4 one way. Cab fair starts at $4.75 and goes by km. So example 10 km when i took it was $19 and change many years ago when the odd time i had to take a cab. So for her drive would be least $60

Even so she can pay a cab fair. $5 even $10 cpver the cost and hassle adds 30 minutes aa i wait for her. I have insurance, repairs and so on costs me $400 minimum a month yet i can afford it.

If she was paying a fair price, I'd consider driving here but for a measly $10, no thanks!

@ricki_911 true. Plus, she makes it appear that it is your responsibility to drive her.

She should have had a ride figured out before she started that job.
