i have this problem!.. but im a girl! :( its awful.. im only 26 and i have thinning hair.. not enough to notice yet.. but i feer what i will look like in 10 years! .. i mentioned above.. definitely if theres any psoriasis in your family.. (its usually hereditary) you may have it on your scalp.. it causes severe dandruff, itch, irritation, sometimes burning and hair loss..i use neutragena T-gel.. it is NOT a cure.. but definitely helps with the symptoms.. you dont have to use it everyday.. its like $8 for a small bottle.. ALSO.. be very leary of any conditioner that you use. most will clog your pores and make it WAY worse... may be expensive.. but try to use salon quality conditioners and other products.. feel free to ask me anything!

Nizoral Shampoo - Nezoral Shampoo
Thank you. But what do you mean by 'salon quality conditioners'? Can you name one of them which works for sensitive skin. I was usinf Nizoral Shampoo. It suits for me but it does not work against dandruff.

there are many anti dandruf shampoes which are quite effective. maybe you could try those. also a hot oil massage atleast twice a week should help.
