Home workout!

I had joined gym a month back yet I won't be continuing now since I don't have the savings for the same. So, have decided to do the workout at home only. So far I am able to do it and hope that it would continue for long. What about you? Does anyone of you do workout at only home? Or gym?

@shubhu3 I walk every day and I exercise 15 minutes a day using my recumbent bike.

@shubhu3 nah just sit ups, barbells and for jogging.. I think that is the only equipment I have here, just to maintain my physical body hehe

Not really a workout in my part but i do running two to four times a week. Its my way of keeping myself physically fit. and lessen the bulging of my stomach.

Non of us goes to gym at my home. My father runs out everyday in the morning from 4:00 am and comes back at home at 5:00am. I take walking as a form of exercise. It is good to work at home. You can save a lot

True. You are right. And running does helps a lot in staying fit. Walking also is healthy mode of exercise.

Oh I love to do exercise workouts at home such as aerobics, dance exercise, bike exercise. I used to do push-ups and lift barbells on my barbell workout bench.

@shubhu3 I try to work out two times a week, give or take a few day if I'm busy with other stuff. Though I like to keep a regular workout routine when possible. What home workouts are you doing?

I don't workout anywhere but there is no reason why you can't work out at home. It can be hard to be motivated though.
