Monday, 8 AM Philippine time (1 AM Ireland time) I called Ireland support. I was asking information regarding status of the center before the powerful hurricane hits the area. The technician asked me where I was calling from. I said I am based in the Philippines. After telling him to stay safe, he said with enthusiasm "thank you for your call from the Philippines. He also told my colleague to pray for them.

And I know it came from the heart. You know when you are devastated and then someone give you that call, its always the nicest feeling.

Hurricane Ophelia did a number of Ireland and Britain. Things aren't the same with climate change. When will we realize that?
