The Fall Weather Is Here!

Last night the temperature dropped down into the 40s F. This morning it’s very cool in the house, but I haven’t checked the weather yet.
I’m sure there will still be some warm days, before winter arrives and I hope the weather is good for my trip to the beach this month.
But, even if it’s cool, I’m going to enjoy it. I will be taking a coat and hat though, and gloves, so that I can take a walk on the boardwalk every day.
I will be taking a lot of photos that I can share with you when I get back home. And I will purchasing some post cards for my Postcrossing.com friends.

I have to drive about 90 miles to get to Virginia Beach, but it's worth the ride and its all Interstate roads. I actually live about half way between the mountains and the beach. It's a great location.

@LeaPea2417 Not very close then. I will find it on the map I have of Georgia. I've been to and through GA many times.

It's about a 90 mile drive for me to get to Virginia Beach but its all Interstate highway. I live about half way between the mountains and the beach. I like that I can go in either direction in just a couple hours and enjoy both anytime I want to.

I live in a coastal province but our city is somewhat in the middle and it takes about an hour to get near the sea or at least by the shores of Manila Bay.

I live about 90 miles from the beach too, but the Interstate takes me right to the beach quickly. Virginia Beach is famous around the world. You would like Virginia Beach, Virginia.

@almostoveryou I'm leaving for Virginia Beach in a few days and will be there all week. We have a time share condo and really enjoy having such a nice place to stay.

@IreneVincent i imagine i would, alice. A friend of mine used to live there and she sent me a nice postcard of virginia beach. Lovely.
