Hey there, everyone. I don't feel like coming up with an introduction, so I'm just gonna get right down to the Gratitude Challenge for Tuesday, October 17th... 1. The fact that we have hot tea and honey.... I think I'm catching the cold that hit our household. 2. Watching WWE Smackdown and American Horror Story: Cult. 3. I got in a little writing and MyLotting earlier today. 4. We have cold medicine in the house. 5. The fact that I'm going to bed. Yeah, my throat hurts and I'm not really focusing on this right now. I'm wrapping up my writing and MyLotting earlier than I have been and going to lay down. I hope this doesn't last too long. You all have a good night/morning and take care. I hope you feel better soon. Colds are no fun. They seem to hang on, so I hope the hot tea and honey works well for you. You might want to add a little lemon to it. The lemon breaks up the phlegm so the cold goes away faster.

Thank you so much. I was hoping it would pass overnight but that's not the case. I walked to the store for juice and throat drops, and took something when I got home. I'm tired so I'm just gonna do a little work and get some sleep. I'll have to remember that (about the lemon). We only went to Rite-Aid, which doesn't sell lemons.

@tammys85 Or you can get the bottle of lemon juice, that's what I use.

That's a superb idea. Coming up with gratitude when a challenge has come. I will disseminate the positive way you look at your situation. And the solutions. Rest now.

@tammys85 great ideas go on ripple effect. This day and age, I think they use the word viral. I will find an opportune time to begin the gratitude challenge on my facebook. My friends might just need the positive uplifter. Thank you.

Thanks. Someone I knew on another website started it, but I continued with it because I liked the idea. Take care.

We don't have any lemons, but I may pick one up if my cold doesn't go away.
