How long could you keep sleeping early?

Since last time I got my left ear health problem, I started to sleep early for keeping my physical body healthy. From the last Tuesday, I slept before 11PM every night. This keeping sleeping early makes me feel better recently. Plus, I jogged at the weekends and kept a regular meal time. Stopping 2 meals a day during the weekends. I don't know how long could I go on this good choice and healthy habit. But I will try hard. How long could you insist to sleep early? Or are you a night owl?
