Why marriage is a no..no..to nuns and priest ?

They did not det married because they want to devote themselves 100% to God and the people of God.

Because the are suppose to be married to God which is why many if not all nuns were weddinge bands.

It's a rule of Roman Catholic Church. Nevertheless, Oriental Rite Churchs that recognize the authority of the Pope have priests that may be married.
