Hurts so much

Today I had to pivot out of bed to bedside commode and theft pivot to the wc. I didn't do very well due to the severe pain in my right foot. I thought I was falling. I had to rest on the BSC 3 times because of my foot and my arms gave out on the walker one time.
I'm in the dining room now on my tablet. I will go to my responses and post comments.

You are doing great!
You will hurt badly because you body is learning how to hold you up once again. BUT do not give up, you are on your way to walking again
