Oven Roasted Chicken!

I'm not a fan of chicken that is still on the bone but my mom got a full chicken so might as well use it!
Decided to just cook it all at once and just take some pieces off for dinner. My mom was concerned because the meat was white meaning it was cooked but there was still blood in the crevices. So she tried to put it in for a few more minutes and it dried up a bit but we were both really really hungry. I only had a bowl of cereal and I don't know what my mom had, but it wasnt much. So she decided to put it in the microwave. Becaues there is nothing like nuking chicken to make sure it is fully cooked!
It worked, so we were able to have the chicken. We had canned pears and slices of cucumbers on the side.
Dinner was pretty good! Despite the issues and it also being a whole chicken.

My boyfriend doesnt like bone in chicken either, but when you make a whole chicken all you do is cut it and bam not bone in chicken. Lol.

I still know when it came straight from the bone, it tastes different and makes me sick haha when it goes through the process like from the chicken and then whatever happens in the process of making tenderloins, it just tastes better

We bought a whole chicken a few days ago but it was already roasted. We just roasted vegies to go with it and made gravy. It was delicious.

I never liked already roasted whole chicken. haha we have tried some and it was nasty haha but roasted veggies are nice and gravy is always a yes!

I love oven -roasted chicken very much... Among all meat chicken is inexpensive compared to mutton and beef...

Chicken is the best, we still have other meats, but yes chicken is the best to have because it is still cheap
