Day by day technology was increasing rapidly. Equivalent to that crime was also increasing .What if majority all starts doing crime.
How a government can control ?
This is because of
Teacher's failed to take sticks now ,so
Students takes knives now .
I remember that headmaster in my school is punishing with sticks. Nowadays because of filthy rules by government ,teacher's are in fear to use sticks.

For reasons only known to yourself you don't tell us where you live. I can tell you that I'm glad I don't live in your country wherever that is. If a teacher used a stick in a European country, they'd lose their job at once. Here the Middle Ages are over.

But I am insisting to give punishments ,then only the increase of crime rates will gets low .

I forgot to say ,I live in India .Here the government changed the rules before 10 years ,the rule says not to punish a student ,The physical punishments are banned. If anything happens wrong ,his/her parents should be called and suspension his the most higher punishment in schools .Making her to leave the school is less less than 5%.

Thank God for good sense prevailing ,. . honestly , how do you relate crime and increased terror activity to a lack of punishment at school ? There is no single factor that one can derive at , which has led to an increase in crime and terror related activities.
