This morning, I had woken up to a beautiful sunrise and had an early state to go the gym. Although it was a bit crisp in the 40s, I doubled up with my sweat shirt and spring jacket to keep me warm. It did feel good to warm up in the heated pool and the spa. I did a practice lap of the freestyle stroke after class--only 5 breaks both ways, 2 one way, 3 the other way. We'll see what happens on Friday. And I didn't forget my keys this morning either. Now the weather is cooler in the high to late 60s/early 70s to wear flops tonight.
After the gym, my church friend Kathy and I did a nature walk at one of the local metro parks in the area and went on the a trail for 1.5 miles. Then we stopped for lunch at a local cafe.
As for Upwork, I believe my first client's newest assignment is another groaner with a possible low rating. Better writing, too much backstory in the beginnng to bog it down with short chapters. As for my 2nd client's book, I'm halfway through with this assignment and should be done by mid-week next week to do my review. I'll be reading them over the weekend and get them done around the same time.
As for my cable issue, the technician came after my 5-6 PM window had expired and was a bit late. It turns out, that electrical power outage had zapped my DVR. And I wasn't the only one on the block who had the same s issue. So I got a new one without a clock this time around. And all of my previous recorded programs are gone. First I had issues on how to program something on it, when the red dot didn't show up. So I called Spectrum to help me troubleshoot it. Although I did get it to work today, I canceled my appointment for tomorrow morning.
Now I'm off and ready to go to the gym for yoga. Will give you the lowdown later when I'm back on new poses.

Your DVR got cooked? You don't use a surge protector?
