I read a post here about "Red Bull" and my mother in-law when she was alive usually says she love Red Bull because it gives energy. Though have tasted it a few times but I really wonder if it's true, does "Red Bull" truly gives energy?

I have neither tried Red Bull nor do I intend to taste if, even if it is an energy drink. There are lots of other things to get energy.

@Lizirazo If you need instant energy, you could try juice of fresh Orange or 'Limetta'. We could get energy from roasted black chickpeas, dry fruits like hazelnuts, peanuts and pistachio etc. Dark chocolate is another option to get instant energy.

Thanks for the mention.
Red Bull contains moderate levels of caffeine, and I believe that's what works*.
Sugar can also give short-term energy.
Taurine is a compound humans synthesize naturally, it looks like it lowers fat and cholesterol levels, but it is not believed to give energy; it's told to be an anti-oxidant.
Red Bull also contains vitamins.
It doesn't mean it's healthy, there's plenty of sugar and caffeine anyway.
*In the meanwhile, people with high caffeine-resistance may feel unaffected by it.

Red Bull contains caffeine, taurine and some vitamins.
the worst thing about it,its just for some short period and after that you feel same like before.
and also redbull makes you addicted to drink it daily. its proved.
just stay away .i use natural ways to be strong..
