How Much do you know yourself?

How well do I know myself? It is such a difficult question to answer because all I know is that there will always be a chance and opportunity to know oneself better in different situations. I am pretty much sure that at least I know myself better than others do. Until another door opens for me for a self-realization that I am particularly right in claiming that there will always be a rare chance to know and understand myself to give way to a better me.
Can you say that you know yourself 100%?

Sometimes we need to put ourself to test to know more about us. For example in running 42 kilometers, when we run we think we couldn't make it and really wanted to give up, but our inner self push us more, to make it, so we run and give what was left from us, we don't have the strength anymore but our own determination and spirit said we need to push.
