Should i get a will?

A friend i met through the single group and is a paralegal told me i should have a will. I haven't thought of it as honestly i don't have much to my name just the animals. The car would be scrap and the money i have wouldnt even pay to put me in the ground.

If someone mentions it is time to get a will, it is time to get a will. You never know what can happen and it is good to think where your animals and other stuff can go.

You still should have a will to get your property to the ones you want to have your stuff. I should have one to but I do not yet.

You don't really need a will especially if that's all you have. You can give the ones that you want to have your things before you die. You can write a will if you want. However a paralegal should not be giving legal advice that would be an attorneys job. As a matter of fact he can lose his license for doing that.
