Just want to cry

Do you ever have those days where you don't know what is wrong with you..you just feel like you could brake down and cry..well that has been me today so far..my husband has been doing his best to make me laugh and he is doing a pretty good job at it..then the feeling of crying just comes back and I just want to lay around and not do anything..maybe I should just cry and maybe that will make me feel better.

@Ithink yes it worked very well..and now today I'm fine..it's weird how we have days like that just out of the blue.

@mikaelajuliet yeah it is and I laughed a little bit and then when to sleep for a while..so I feel better.

When we feel like crying, sometimes a good cry makes us feel a lot better:) Yes, I've had those days, quite often. Reassure your husband, it's definitely not because of anything he has done wrong!
