I am in a foul mood now! Had been trying to print 12 pages of test paper for my son but the darn Canon printer keeps jamming up the paper! Can't blame it because this Canon printer is very old, about 5 years old, it is a laser black and white printer. The problem is the feeder, it cannot print more than 3 papers at the same time. I tried 2 papers, still jam, chew up the papers instead. Had to open up the cover, remove the toner and drum in order to remove the chewed up papers. Nope, I won't be changing the printer since it is still functioning. After all, I don't use it everyday, just once a month. How old is your printer?

Get a white rug, wet the rug with a bit of alchol and rub the rubber roll of the Canon printer. The paper leaves a fine dust and this is what causes the jam.

@peachpurple It worked for me, I removed the dust caused by the paper and then the paper stopped jamming.
